Punk Rock Vegan Cupcakes!
For Valentine’s Day, I ordered 4 dozen vegan cupcakes from Bleeding Heart Bakery for my classmates at school. Having never experienced any of their desserts, I was excited and delighted. To my surprise my boyfriend got me these wonderful, unique and thoughtful over-sized pillows designed by my talented cousin for Valentine’s Day. Coco Oatmeal Trail Mix Cookies
I’ve been baking cookies for the last week and was able to photograph this batch before my boyfriend ate them all. They are quite hearty with the trail mix and oatmeal, which gets me through class. I modified the Chicago Diner recipe to the ingredients I had, here’s what it took:
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. palm sugar
1/4 c. coco powder
